Alonda Williams is a dynamic nonprofit leader, fusing technology, business expertise, joy and community impact as CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound. With a career spanning leadership roles at Microsoft, Verizon, and Qualcomm, she brings innovation and purpose to mentoring. A TEDx speaker, best-selling author, and workshop leader, Alonda delivers inspiring talks on Joy as a secret weapon, mentoring, fearless leadership, and leveraging innovation for change. Alonda is particularly drawn to AI to help scale nonprofits and ensuring AI skilling for all.
Charlotte Guyman
Charlotte Guyman is a Corporate Director with expertise in cybersecurity, digital transformation, audit, governance and committee chair experience with Fortune 500 and privately owned businesses. She has twenty years working in technology companies in sales, marketing and general management with operational experience and P&L responsibility. Charlotte’s current interest is in disruptive technology companies.
Darrel Rhea
Darrel Rhea is a seasoned executive recognized internationally for his thought leadership, expertise and 40 years of global experience in Business Strategy, Innovation, Human-centered Design, Customer Insight, and AI. Darrel is currently the Founder of Rhea Insight, a consulting practice that leverages his deep experience through facilitation, coaching and training. Darrel is a passionate, energetic keynote speaker who delights and provokes senior audiences around the world.
Jessica Groopman
Jessica Groopman is an advisor to innovation leaders around the world, helping organizations design innovations that align economic, societal, and environmental benefits. A technology researcher, author, and speaker, she has explored emerging technologies’ impacts across people, business, and planet for two decades at various research firms, brands, think tanks, and innovation accelerators. Trained in anthropology, Jessica loves helping leaders think differently about the future.
Paul Suzman
Founded the first commercial tenant representative firm on the West Coast in 1981. When not advising on real estate transactions I’m active as founding board member of VillageReach. I also served on the board of Torrefazione Italia Coffee Company (before it was sold to Starbucks) and am business advisor to Perimatics (healthcare technology).
Shawn Cahill
Shawn Cahill is a dynamic and passionate professional who has recently embarked on an exciting new journey in the Title & Escrow industry. With over two decades of experience in sales and leadership, Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His transition to Title & Escrow is driven by his innate ability to connect with people and his lifelong passion for real estate.
Vikram Dendi
Vikram Dendi turns cutting-edge research into breakthrough products that create entirely new markets or radically transform existing ones. As GM and Chief Product Officer at Microsoft Research, he led pioneering work in AI, secure microcontrollers, global health, and life sciences. Today, he advises organizations including Microsoft, the Gates Foundation, and the Allen Institute, invests in underrepresented founders and ideas in ML and AI, and serves as a fractional product and strategy leader for high-growth ventures.

At Microsoft’s Tech for Social Impact team, Harald Becker is the global AI for Nonprofit Lead. He works on making AI solutions accessible, practical, and responsible for nonprofits across the globe. Before, Harald was the Director of Customer Engagements & Insights on the Modern Work Customer Co-Innovation team, which is part of Microsoft’s Experiences + Devices Group. He managed customer engagement strategy and programs for the team and oversaw customer outreach, partnerships, user research & insights for co-innovation pilot programs with high impact. Harald often speaks on conference stages around the world about innovation and the future of work. He advises Fortune 500 customers and social impact leaders on Digital & AI Transformation, Customer Experience & Co-Innovation, and hybrid work scenarios. Harald holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Marketing from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration in Germany.
Neal Myrick
Neal is a former IT leader who transitioned into a 20-year career in social impact technology and philanthropy. He served as the founding executive director of the Tableau Foundation, investing more than $100M globally. He is a senior advisor for Intentional Futures and Untraditional Philanthropy, a certified Equine Experiential Education facilitator, and an advisor for CEPEI, a United Nations-focused think tank in Colombia. When he's not advising, Neal enjoys gardening and horsemanship.

Dave has been an operator in product and tech for nearly 25 years. I’m currently advising several early stage businesses and mature businesses looking to reboot themselves.
